Chemical additives are so dangerous because they lead us to take them with absence of any disease symptoms for a long time. Poison is divided into two parts; acute poison and chronic poison. Usage allowable value changes the acute poison into the chronic poison. Recently, WHO, the World Health Organization, has designated sodium nitrite as class one carcinogens of which the fatal dose is one third of tea spoons. However, this can be used for any food as much as we want within the allowable value.
Pigments are widely used to control germs inside the snacks or instant foods and color ham, sausage, salted seafood, and others. Even though there is the maximum allowable value on each additive, it is contained in each food. Thus, it already exceeds over the usage allowable value when we put them in a bundle. This causes us to take too much additives. People usually tend to be not so sensitive to foods with additives or equivalent and their ingredients because this is all that they just enjoy all the tastes as long as they live.
We need to understand that taking those additives within the allowable value in a lifetime is not harmless to human body, but it is to continue putting the poison into our body all our lives. When we seriously get sick 10 or 20 years later, any skilled doctors never find what caused that disease. All the responsibilities should be taken by individuals. It can be said that neurogenic diseases, stress diseases, and death from overwork might be fundamentally caused by those chemical additives. The diseases can be rapidly developed when we continue taking poison for several years and are extremely less immune.
When we easily get cold, we try hard to do health care, but many people starve to death from diseases that can't be detected by cutting-edge medical devices. Many doctors usually prescribe antibiotics to diseases, but the antibiotics is chronic poison as well.
See, there are so many medicines made of chemicals. There are 600 or more food additives in the world, and about 400 of them are chemicals. Please go to a supermarket's food section, get any products, and take a look at their nutrition labelling on the back. It doesn't matter if they are processed or not. They definitely contain as few as 10 additives and as many as 30.
There is no need to say that individual ingredients are toxic, and more seriously, we have no idea which chemical reactions to take place together in our body.
This is becuase clinical tests are not possible. Good materials from nature would be toxic if wrongly mixed together, not to speak of dozens of chemicals. Additives are not difficult science. We can assume that by common sense as much as we want. There are so many information on the Internet. However, we need to doubt something reasonably. Chemical additives are wholly contained in snacks, beverages, instant foods, ramen, and others and make them so tasty.
One junior executive worked at the Product Development Department and Purchasing Department of Korea's famous snack company for 16 years. Suddenly, he quitted the job and established an institute for health.
Snacks start with the story. Yamashita Baking Company in Japan succeeded in development and production of products for window bakery, but the company closed all of a sudden. A friend of the company's president who was missing visited Japan to see him, but he heard that he died of rectal cancer.

However, he totally understood that he also felt so tired and depressed in the same way through Yamashita's death and the book from him. Like Yamashita's situation, there are so many serious health issues because many employees working in snack companies should have tastes of countless snacks (processed foods) as a job and are more likely to die at youngers ages or suffer from lifestyle diseases like cancer, heart diseases, and diabetes.
People are smart and intelligent, but simultaneously, doing something silly. They desperately go for and cope with any imminent risk and disadvantage. However, they tend to easily forget any danger and harm caused by previous terrible accidents. Even though they remember how serious it is, they do not think much of it due to insensitivity. Based on this, HYOHYANG Co., Ltd started the production of bio fermented foods in order not to forget the devastating results by hazardous foods.
